What are the fees/policies for lateness/tardiness by the customer?


You may be required to pay a WAITING FEE in order to receive service if you are (A) more than ONE HOUR AND HALF (90) MINUTES LATE AFTER THE PLANE HAS LANDED for your pickup from an airport or (B) more than FIFTEEN (15) minutes late for your pickup from any other location. The waiting fee is as follows, per 30 (thirty) minute period or portion thereof, spent waiting: $15.00 for Sedans $25.00 for SUVs, and $45 (for any other vehicles).


If you are more than NINETY (90) MINUTES LATE for your pickup, we reserve the right to CANCEL your pickup with NO REFUND. However, please attempt to contact us as we might be willing to give a partial refund in certain situations.


NO SHOWS


If ANG Limo service is unable to contact the passenger after 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, then the ride will be considered a no-show and will be abandoned. Not being at your pick-up location without notifying ANG Limo service and or a driver is unable to contact the passenger may result in a no- show and the reservation will be forfited.


What are the fees/policies for rescheduling or changing itinerary details?


If you request to reschedule or change any details related to your reservation, (A) If we are able to accommodate your changed plans, we will do so at NO EXTRA CHARGE (B) If we are unable to accommodate your changed plans, your reservation will be considered a cancellation, subject to the cancellation rules & policies explained on this web page.


What is the Cancellation/Refund Policy?


If you contact us to cancel 24 hours or more in advance, you will be fully refunded. If you contact us to cancel three hours before your schedule pick-up you will be fully refunded. If you contact us to cancel one or two hours before your schedule pick-up, we reserve the right to give you NO REFUND. However, please contact us as we might be willing to give a refund minus a 25% cancellation fee in certain situations.
